All babies must wear a swim diaper during float sessions.

If your baby has a fever, cold, diarrhea or any contagious illness, please reschedule after full recovery.

Our tubs, massage areas, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized daily.

Parents should ensure their baby is clean and fed before the session (at least 30 min before)

If your baby is unwell, please inform us as soon as possible to reschedule.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled at no extra cost.

Last - minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to rescheduling fee.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened.

No - shows without notice may result in a forfeited session without refund.

A parent or guardian must always be present during the session.

Babies must be at least 2 weeks old and in good health to participate.

Please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs before booking.

Our team is trained in infant care and safety, but parents are responsible for their baby’s well-being during the session.

All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or direct contact.

Payments can be made online or in person.

No - shows without prior notice may forfeit the session without a refund.

Parents are welcome to take photos or videos of their baby.

We may take photos for marketing purposes, but only with your consent.

To maintain a calm and peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask parents to keep noise levels low.

Siblings are welcome but must be supervised at all times.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in before the session starts.

By participating, parents agree to the terms outlined in our Waiver of Liability.
