Frequently Asked Questions
General questions
1. At what age can my baby visit the spa?
We welcome babies from 2 weeks old up to 18 months for hydrotherapy sessions. Infant massage can start from birth up to 12 months.
2. How long does a session last?
Each session typically lasts between 30–45 minutes, which includes both hydrotherapy and massage time.
3. How often should my baby attend the spa?
We recommend weekly or bi-weekly visits for best results, but each baby is different—feel free to find a schedule that suits you and your little one.
4. Can I bring my baby after vaccinations?
It’s best to wait at least 72 hours after any vaccination before bringing your baby, just to make sure they feel their best.
5. Will my baby be cold after the session?
No! Our wellness center is warm and cozy. We also provide soft, fluffy towels to dry and wrap your baby immediately following their session.
6. Can my baby eat before the session?
Please wait at least 30 minutes after feeding before the session to avoid any discomfort. You’re welcome to bring milk or a snack if your baby gets hungry afterward.
7. What if my baby falls asleep during or after the session?
That’s completely normal! Babies often feel so relaxed from the hydrotherapy that they get sleepy, which can even lead to a better nap or bedtime.
8. My baby hates water! Will they enjoy this?
Many babies who dislike traditional baths actually enjoy floating because it’s a weightless and soothing experience. We introduce them slowly and never force participation.
9. What if my baby has sensitive skin?
We use filtered water free of harsh chemicals and hypoallergenic oils during massage, ensuring our services are safe for delicate skin.
10. Will my baby be with other babies in the tub?
Each baby has their own private tub, and the water is changed after every session to maintain top-notch hygiene.
11. What if my baby doesn’t like the session?
We always go at your baby’s pace. If they seem unsettled, we’ll take breaks, adjust the water level, or try other gentle techniques to keep them comfortable.
12. What happens if my baby poops in the tub?
Accidents happen! That’s why we use swim diapers. If it happens, we’ll pause the session and fully clean the tub before using it again.
13. Can my baby’s siblings come and watch?
Yes! Siblings are always welcome, as long as they remain seated and respectful of the calm environment we strive to maintain.
